Keith and the kids participated in a jujitsu kata contest. They each did the freestyle portion of the contest. Basically, you have other participants come at you to "attack" and you have to defend. Zack and Nicole were able to take turns attacking each other. Zack got 1st place in his group with Nicole right behind him in 2nd. Keith got 3rd in his division. The Flemings took 1, 2, and 3. :)
