Holy Tomatoes!

Last Friday, I picked at least 50 ripe tomatoes from the garden leaving some light orange ones on the vines to ripen. I had quite a few peppers as well. I decided to make some salsa. Today I canned 1 batch of salsa and was able to make 12 pints. Yummmmmm. It will be so good to eat the salsa from the garden in the winter.
