Nicole is currently swimming for the Lehi Frenzy which is a USA Swim affiliated team. This team swims in 2 seasons: a short course and long course. The summer has brought the long course season. Nicole swam in her first long course meet last weekend. This means swimming in a meter pool, just like in the Olympics :). She swam 100 free, 100 fly, and 100 back. She took 5 seconds off her freestyle time :). She did an amazing job. Here are a few pics from the meet.

Yeah, Nicole!! We miss you in our (lame) rec season, but GOOD job with the long course. Jill starts again with HAST in August for the school year, but will compete with the HS team--she just couldn't fit it in her schedule.
And the Women's soccer stuff sounds SO cool! Can't wait until the Olympics to watch all that happen!!
