So much colder...Ugggh!

If it was not bad enough being so cold, the last week has probably been the coldest stretch of days during the year so far. Yuck, but wait there is more. To make matters worse, the furnace has gone out and we have not had one running for the past week. Yes it is cold. We are lucky enough to have a gas fireplace which warms up a room and a half and a few space heaters to help with some of the bedrooms. Looks like Nicole is the winner. She chose the smallest bedroom when we came here and now she has the warmest room in the house! Hopefully by Monday afternoon all the parts will be in and we will finally get some heat.
