| We had a lot of dirt on our lot that we had to haul away. I think we were close to 150 dump truck loads when it was all said and done. Here is a pic with about 2/3 of it gone. |

| Finally the dirt is gone. The lot is still a little high here and some will need to be taken away still. |

| Whoo Hooo! The lot here is being staked out for digging the hole. We were very excited when we saw this. |

| The hole is being dug. When they "finished" the inspector said that the dirt was not compacted enough and they had to dig another 3 feet down. Then they had to fill in with some special compactable dirt. Ugh! |

Footings.
We have walls!
And indoor plumbing. I love indoor plumbing.
Today they backfilled the foundation but the pictures would not have been that much different. We are hoping that the rest of the cement work will be done next week and then the week after they can start framing. That would be awesome!!
