Our tradition the past few years has become barbecue, soccer, and fireworks. Real Salt Lake has a home game on or around the 4th and then fireworks after the game. That morning, my friend called and reported her baby was coming. We added her 2 boys to our 4th of July day and barbecue. We were able to have Mark and Zack's friend, Katie over for dinner since we were all going to the game together. We won the game and the fireworks were fantastic.
