Obituary for Philip C. Franklin

Philip C. Franklin, 74, of Westlake, passed away October 27, 2015.


Beloved husband of Betty (Moeck); loving father of Amy (Daryl) Ryan, Glenn (Amy) Franklin, and Julie (Keith) Fleming; cherished grandfather of Tyler and Becca Ryan, Emma Leah, Brooke, and Andrew Franklin, Zack and Nicole Fleming; devoted brother to Marla (Mike) Ward. 


Philip was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and had been the director of Westlake Family History Center from 2001-2015. 

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,2500 Westwood Rd., Westlake, OH 44145, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 31. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
