NIcole's New 3-D Printed Car

This semester, Nicole took a Mechanical Drafting class. For one assignment, they had to design a car. If they turned in their design by a certain time, the teacher would 3D print it. Nicole was up to the challenge. She got her car designed and completed. The teacher printed it. Then, the kids in the class who had it printed were able to go to Utah Valley University and race their cars--kind of like a high school 3D Pinewood Derby. Nicole's car came in 3rd place out of her class.

The car came out red and had a number. Nicole added a little paint and some wheels.
