Zack sleeping--that is what he does at the swim meets.The recreation league that Nicole swims in divides its final county meet into 3 levels, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This year, Nicole swam her way into the Gold Meet for the first time!! She had Gold times in free, back, and breast. She improved her time in all of her events! She rocked! While she rocked, we melted under the sweltering heat. The meet went from 8 am until 1:30ish p.m. outside in the 90+ degree weather. Thankfully, we had purchased a pop up canopy for shade. That helped. She also swam in the free and medley relays.

Ah yes, the 90+ degree temperatures to support your children. Isn't it fun? I can so relate to that lately! It's a good thing we love them!
