Shells in a Box

Many years ago, I saw a picture in a magazine showing a display of shells using an old fashioned printer's box. I love the beach and beachy things so I saved the page from the magazine hoping one day to use it. With Grandma Jane and Grandpa Kip's help, we collected many shells from the beaches in Florida. The shells sat in a glass jar which we added to when we found new shells.

A couple years ago, I took trip to Colorado to visit my friend, Emily. We went shopping at antique and vintage stores where I found  a printer's box to use for my shells. Yay! The printer's box has been sitting and sitting and sitting in my laundry room. Last week, I finally got it all put together. It looks great and I am very pleased with the results. Now, I need to decide where to hang it. Any suggestions?

My office has a space for it, bring it by!

Great idea! You should put it somewhere upstairs...the hallway or in the front room...can't wait to see where you decide!
