Keith researched and built a self watering garden box for our garden this year. The PVC piping carries the water to corregated piping underneath the dirt. We planted tomatoes, peppers, basil, and marigolds. I wanted more herbs, but was concerned about having room, so I planted them in the pot.
If this proves successful, we will expand to a second and possibly a third one. I want to grow some cucumbers and zucchinis. Nothing like zucchini bread mmmmm..... I am looking forward to the fresh veggies in a little while.
