
I started with a box of tomatoes from the local farm stand. The tomatoes in my garden are green and don't seem to want to turn red. It is a shame since I have 8 tomato plants. I did have the green peppers,
Anaheim peppers, onions, basil, garlic, and oregano in my garden.

After I chopped everything, I cooked it all down.

The final result, cans of homemade salsa for the next year. This was batch #2. You are all welcome to try it, but you have to visit. With the extra tomatoes, I made pizza sauce and put it in the freezer.
